This website is a static site with no server of its own. It uses Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools: Google Analytics, which counts pages and visits, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used — pointer movement, clicks and scrolling — and can replay that session. The only cookie the site itself sets is a language preference you choose yourself. We do not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your data.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive — aggregate questions, not individual ones. Google acts as our processor for this, and as an independent controller for its own purposes as described in its terms.

The site loads Google Consent Mode with every storage category except security set to "denied" by default. In that state Google Analytics measures without cookies and without any identifier that persists between visits. Categories change only if you actively consent.

This transfers data, including your IP address, to Google, which may process it outside your country. If you would rather not be measured at all, browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop the tag from loading, and the site works normally without it.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — pointer movement, clicks, scrolling and the resulting view of the page — and lets us replay those sessions and see them aggregated as heatmaps. We use it to find parts of the site that do not work, not to identify you.

Clarity sets its own cookies and, being a Microsoft product, does not follow the Google consent settings described above. It therefore currently runs whether or not you consent to Google measurement. We consider this the weakest point in this policy and are addressing it; if it matters to you now, blocking clarity.ms or using browser tracking protection stops it, and the site works normally without it.

Data is transferred to Microsoft and may be processed outside your country. Do not enter sensitive information into this site; recording tools of this kind should never be trusted to mask it completely.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp — in order to serve the site, mitigate abuse, and produce aggregate traffic counts. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

When you choose a language, we store that choice in a cookie so the site remembers it. It contains only the language code, is not shared with anyone, and is not used for tracking. Clearing it simply returns the site to automatic language detection.

If you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to maintain the resulting business correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Please do not send credentials, customer data, or other sensitive material through this form.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted on a periodic review cycle.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing.

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
